We intentionally brewed this batch to have a higher level of acidity. Still not overbearingly sour, but an extremely refreshing, citrus forward kettle soured hoppy beer. Loads of lemon character. Brewed mainly with Citra hops.

Can thanks to Daniel. Pours a hazy gold with small white head that lasts. The aroma is grapefruit and lacto. Thin, tart, grapefruit, juicy, very good.
