On tap at the brewery. Pours a dark amber with small beige head that lasts. The aroma is cocoa, roast, bread. Medium body, cocoa, toasted malt, nuts light dry finish, good.

On tap at redhook. $2 pour so off to a good start. Dark reddish, brown pour. Little aroma. Very nutty long lasting flavor. Has a sweet finish to it. Good beer overall.

Dark brown color with some red hue. Aroma of roasted malts, burnt paper. Roasted malt flavor, not too aggressive, indeed the mouthfeel is rather soft; correct bitterness.
