The No War Rye Ipa is a rye beer with an intense yellow colour, supported by an intense hopping which elegantly expands its aromatic range and emphasizes the characteristic spiced aroma which is typical of rye. This malt makes beer light and dry, and the head is creamy and persistent.

Dunkler hopfiger Antrunk mit Nuancen von Honig, leicht bitter. Die dunklen aufkommenden Getreidenoten passen gut, deutlich hefig. Etwas zu starke Karbonisierung. Rund und gut. 10/10/11/11/9/11

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, deep golden to amber colour with a medium-sized and slightly off-white foamy head. Mildly cara-malty aroma with notes of overripe citrus, oranges, bready notes and yeasty spice, reminding me of baking yeast. Moderately sweet and slightly bitter flavour, medium to light bodied with a soft carbonation. Slightly cara-malty base with little rye character, backed by fruity and delicately spicy hops; a tad slim, bitter-sweet finish with fruity and slightly exotic hops and a vaguely rye-malty, slightly bready aftertaste. 05.VI.15
