On tap at the brewery/taproom So I guess a “Bavarian Bright Lager” is essentially a Pilsner Classic light pale Hetman malt and pungent noble hops. Clean and sharp.

On tap at Optimism, pours a cloudy golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out biscuity malt and a touch of clove and banana. Flavour is crisp, with lots of straw, biscuity malt and grainy. Crisp, with very low bitterness. Nice and drinkable. Solid.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy yellow gold with medium white head. The aroma is toasted grain and wheat. Medium body, grass, wheat, light bitterness, decent.
