On tap at the brewery/taproom Foggy light yellow with a thin line of bubbles. Classic German Hef aromas and flavors. Well done

On tap at Optimism, pours a cloudy golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out notes of banana, light clove and toasted grains. Flavour is along the same lines, with light clove and banana, and dry biscuity malt. Not too much banana, but it works well. Solid.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a cloudy yellow with small white head that lasts. The aroma is clove, yeast, banana, citrus. Medium body, wheat, clove, banana, light dry finish, good.
