A hazy amber beer with a small beige head. The aroma is very spicy on a malty back ground. The flavor is sweet malty and very spicy, but also with a strong alcohol presence.

Bottle at Delirium Cafe, Brussels, Belgium Brown body. Fylly diminishing, light brown head with a fare lace. Aroma of malts (straw) and fruits. Lightly sweet, moderately bitter flavour. Short finish.

Slim off-white head; nearly black-brown beer. Piney nose, resin, and lots of dark malts, dark leaves aromas. Slight resiny touch again in the taste, the pine-resin resurfacing. Bit cloying impression, melasse-like, but all the time suppressed by the bitterish - dark malty notes in the beer. Quite light bodied for its strength. Completely hides its alcohol. By far the best of the Gribousine range tasted. It’s just... I’ve trouble believing this claimed ABV.
