7.6/10 β€” Appearance 8 Aroma 6 Flavor 8 Texture 8 Overall 8.5
On tap at the brewery. Slightly hazy bronze color, with a small, bubbly, beige head. The aroma is cabernet-ish tannins, balsamic vinegar, black cherries, mild yogurt tanginess, lemon juice, and light, new oak (think Chardonnay). Sweet up front, and only briefly, with a sharp and pristine sour flavor through the finish. Medium body, with a silky, crisp, and acidic mouthfeel. This is a wonderfully easy and complex sour red. Excellent!!

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear copper with small off white head that lasts. The aroma is oak, funk, dark fruit. Medium body, tart, funk, strong oak tannin, leather, low acidity, very good.
