(On tap @ Council, April 3/17) Pours a somewhat hazy pale orange with a huge white head and some lace. Aroma is lots of funky wild yeasty notes, soft fruit skin notes, a bit of apple, lightly spicy phenolic character and tartness. Flavour is a bit more tart, again quite funky yeasty quality up front, apple, slight sweetness, cleaning up with a bit of an acidic bite that ends in a dry finish. Medium bodied, light carbonation. The captured yeast is nice, but it felt like the beer needed a bit more structure to frame it in.

On tap at the brewery. A bit hazy golden with a minimal head. Aroma and taste of funk, yeast and light fruit. Medium tart and with a rather light body.

On tap at Council, pours a clear golden with no head. Aroma brings out wild yeast upfront, with lots of funk, not much else to say. Flavour is similar, with lots of funky yeast, light acidity and light tartness. Not impeccably complex but it works okay. Decent.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a cloudy orange with small white head that lasts. The aroma is funk and apple skin. Medium body, funk, yeast, light finish, very good.
