(On tap @ Council, April 3/17) Pours clear medium gold with a big white head and sheets of lace. Aroma is semisweet bready malt, yeast, barnyard hay sort of Brett. Flavour is slightly sweet but with a drying attenuation and light herbal bitterness, spicy, herbal, hay, not really phenolic, light funk. Light to medium body. Average carbonation. Nothing off about it but it didnβt set my pulse racing at all either. Quite drinkable stuff.

On tap at the brewery. Golden with a white head. Aroma of yeast, some brett, light spices and grass. Fairly soft and easy to drink.

On tap at Council, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out funky brett upfront, with saison yeast and toasted graininess. Flavour is dry and lightly funky, with toasted dry grains, funky yeast and a biscuity malt base. Grainy and funky. Nice stuff.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear gold with small off white head that lasts. The aroma is brett, spice, funk. Medium body, yeast, spice, pure sugar, light booze finish, good.
