This premium cider is made from a combination of over 50 different cider apple varieties. These specialised apples are sourced from small family run orchards in New Zealand. Nearly inedible on the tree the rich tannins and sharp flavour are transformed in the bottle. It’s a kiwi take on the famous West Country style. Released annually with a limited supply – it’s worth the wait.

Bottle at WTF 3. Pours a cloudy orange with small white head that diminishes quickly The aroma is oak, rubber, apple skin. Thin body, oak, apple, light tartness, dry finish, good.

From tap. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is crisp and zesty apples. Mild bretty. Citric, apples and crisp zesty. Smooth fruity and citric. Dry. Lingering zesty and light wooden to bretty.
