Pale Wheat Ale with Rooibos Tea
A special brew for WLPN 105.5 FM
Brewed at Burnt City Brewing for Marz Community Brewing Co.
It’s a fundraiser beer we are making for @lumpenradio, Chicago’s newest non profit community radio station. The beer is called Lumpen Boogie, a play on Jungle Boogie, a pale wheat ale with rooibos tea. Lumpen Boogie will be released as a 12 pack of 12 oz cans in a carton that looks like a Boom Box. There are three different labels for the cans. the entire package was designed by Lumpen Radio Creative Director, and Marz buddy, @studiochew. The 12 pack also come with a digital “mix tape” of over a dozen tracks by composers and bands from across the United States doing cover songs of new wave 80s jams.

Can thanks to Russell. Pours a hazy orange gold with small white head that lasts. The aroma is bubblegum and citrus. Medium body, citrus, tea, light bitterness, decent.
