Bottle split in the hotel lobby, RBWG ’16, big thanks to Homer Drei-Zwei-Eins 02/02/16. Pitch black with a dirty tan head that dissipates to a swirl and edgeing. Nose is liquid fruit cake, bourbon strokes, raisens, dates, sweet tunes, chocolate. Taste comprises chocolate, orange chocolate liqueur, figgy jam, bourbon rise, molasses, light peppery spice. Full bodied, oily mouthfeel, warming boost level offered. Xolid impy stoot.

Bottle shared during RBWG - big thanks to homer. Pours oily black-brown with a frothy beige head. The nose has heavy dark malts, dried dark fruits, baking cocoa. Heavy sweet flavor with strong boozy boost, dark chocolate, ashy roast, scorched earth, burnt honey, toffee, raisins. Full bodied, chewy, lightly carbonated. Warming finish with more rich chocolate, light espresso, baking cocoa, mellow earthy bitterness. Heavy hitting stuff.
