Bottle thanks to Korea. Pours a hazy copper with small beige head that lasts. The aroma is licorice, raisin, caramel. Medium body, caramel, raisin, nice sweetness, light finish, good.

Pour is a dark red-brown with a huge tan head. Aroma is a nice caramel malt with plenty of dark fruit and a bit of alcohol. Flavor is a really nice dark fruit. Lots of sugar plumbs, raisons and a dark toffee coating. This was a pretty flavorful doppelbock and pretty spot on for the style.

Purchased at Bottles and Cans in Chicago, IL; enjoyed at home on a cold April night. Appearance is a dark amber with a thin off white head. Aroma is rich in caramel malt, sweet, faint. Taste is very good, great sweet profile rich in chocolate and caramel, biscuit flavored / rich. Good stuff!

12oz bottle. Stained glass brown-amber body. Thin beige head. Sweet, caramel, toffee tones. Big malt sweetness, but remains drinkable. Pretty enjoyable overall, I could go for a sixpack of this any time. Rich caramel and brown malt tones, well lagered. Very enjoyable and well executed.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear caramel brown with a tan head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has notes of bread with some roasted malt and a bit toast and toffee. Flavor is smooth with bread nuttiness and toffee backed by a light roasted malt note.
