Draught@Stadin Panimobaari, Helsinki. Hazy orange colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, grassy, some mild yeasty and herbal notes. Flavour is fruity, alcohol, some toffee and mild yeasty notes. A bit on the boozy side, but otherwise ok.

(Keg at Stadin Panimobaari, 20160706) The beer poured amber and cloudy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had sweetness, malts and booze. Palate was medium bodied and warming with medium carbonation. Flavours were sweetness, malts, booze, spices and bitterness. Aftertaste was sweet, boozy and bitter. A sweet boozy mess.

Tap@ Stadin panimobaari. Poured hazy amber color with a thick white head. Aroma has funk, ripe fruits, mold. Flavor has sweetness, ripe fruits, berries, yeast. Sharp, bit boozy at times, but overall works quite nicely. Pretty balanced.

Clear orange beer, small creamy yellowish head, non adhesive, pretty stable. Aroma: very yeasty, banana, overripe fruits, sweet impression. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: rather sweet start, malty, caramel, some banana, very spicy, yeast. Aftertaste: alcohol, yeast, banana, cloves, little bitter, honey, more yeast, sweet finish. Nope, maybe a good base beer for barrel ageing, but not so nice on it's own. Lacks complexity and bitterness for me.

Flaska från Etre Gourmet. Bärnstensfärgad, mycket men fint sediment, lågt skum. Söt men också syrlig doft som liknar calvados väldigt mycket med lätt jästa äpplen, fat och aningen alkohol. Smaken är komplex ligger någonstans mellanl calvados och engelsk stark äppelcider. Bra balans, spännande och unikt och riktigt gott.

20/05/2016 @home 33cl bottle from Bierhalle Deconinck, Vichte. Dark yellow with large sticky, creamy head. Nose is fruity, yeasty, sugary. Taste is some grains, sweet fruits, some caramel, sugary. Thick mouthfeel. Reminds a bit of the Land van Mortagne but doesn’t have it’s complex taste however certainly not bad.
