Bottle at home watching hockey. Reddish brown pour small head. Nose is bourbon and cherries. Tastes of rich cherry, oak, vanilla, bourbon, leather, some balsamic. Deep fruits and bourbon quite present but mixes nicely with cherry. Like a Manhattan really which is one of my go to cocktails. Lovely

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear copper with no head. The aroma is vinegar, oak, leather, grape. Thin body, oak, leather, vinegar, very sour, good.
