This rarity is from the Oryza project, marrying sour ale with sake. Blended after fermentation, Albus Oryza is 50% two OEC beers (Albus, an experimental/ancient Gose and Salsus, an experimental/ancient spiced White Ale) and 50% Kikusakari Harumachitsuki namasake (raw sake) from Japan’s legendary Kiuchi Brewery, makers of Hitachino Nest beers and sake brewers since 1823.

Bottle thanks to Sherrice. Pours a cloudy yellow with small white head that lasts. The aroma is strong floral, chamomile, oak, lemon zest. Medium body, lemon, chamomile, oak, nice tartness, alcohol hidden very well, really enjoyed this.
