Interesting beer. Sake comes on pretty decently and doesn't take over or take away from the beer. Just adds that kind of sweet rice vibe. Golden pour with ok head. Crisp finish with a little sweet booze. Tap at brewery.

Pint can from Total Wine Brookfield, 3/15/21. 9% ABV. Clear gold, large foamy white head, good retention. Aroma of rice, corn, spice, booze. Taste is apple, plum, vanilla, rice, mango. Medium bodied. Mild booziness. Surprising, in a good way.

Finally bought this after kinda knowing I would for quite awhile. Normal looking but that’s where normalcy ends. Nose is quite fruity, sake, and fun. Tastes of plum, fig, rice, almond, and some booze. Finished fruity. Some boozy heat. Sake comes through at end as well. Kinda a mess but in a fun way.

At the source: mine says the abv is 7.5... so not sure if there are multiple versions. Pours orange with white head. Aroma is plummy, ricey, sugary. Taste ismalty and sweet with fruity undertones. Solid.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear copper with small off white head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is rice and floral. Medium body, rice, toasted malt, nice sweetness, good.

Draft @ the brewery. Pours cloudy light straw color with white head. Fruity aroma with wheat, rice, and some alcohol. Plum and pineapple flavors with rice and wheat and a slightly dry finish. A bit boozy. Medium body with average carbonation. Good stuff.
