Sampled at Ocelot’s 2nd anniversary party, looks like a peach milkshake, nearly opaque, peachy gold. Nose has guava, peach, pineapple, some lactose. Flavor is green vanilla, grass, peach skins, lactose, some guava. Finishes chalky, a little overly simple.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a cloudy orange with small white head that lasts. The aroma is strong tropical fruit and pine. Medium body, juicy, dank, orange peel, light bitterness, very nice.

Tap at Hops n’ Vine, Washington Avenue, Miami Beach. Pours cloudy yellow/orange with a small white head. Aroma is a super tropical fruit mix, hoppy, just a touch chocolaty. Medium sweetness and bitterness, touch of sour. Medium to full body, soft carbonation. Dry, bitter, tropical fruit finish. Very good.
