16 oz can picked up at City Beer. Just an incredible addition to the sub style, and a most excellent Mosaic showcase. A moderate haze, golden with a cream foam head. Aroma presents a juicy front, pleasant hop greeting, a unique berry note. Flavor is gently sweet, creamier body, full of juicy hop flavor that has a low lingering bitterness. The name really describes it better than I ever could. Very tasty. One huge regret. Opting for the single instead of the 4pack.

Tap at Cap Hop. Pours very hazy gold with a white head. Aroma is dank. I think mostly citrus. Near full bodied. Dank it is, citrus not so much. Lots of pale stone fruit, some tangerine and something tropical. Juicy too. Lots of hop. Maybe a mild hop burn. It is incredibly delicious. Juicy and bitter. Nice combo.

Can into a snifter showing moderately filtered orange with half a finger of quickly dissipating clean white foam. The nose shows strong notes of clean and juicy blood oranges. The palate is well carbonated and light bodied. Clean and juicy blood orange forward with a light malt backbone support and a mild pine bitterness on the finish. Light minty mouthfeel. Very good

On tap at Beer Revolution. It pours a hazy pale yellow color with a lasting, frothy white head. The aroma has big time pineapple and grapefruit. Super bright and fresh. The flavor is the same. The best qualities of the Mosaic hop are showcased here with pineapple, grapefruit and a touch of earthy dank. No rotten fruit. Low bitterness with a creamy, bready mouth feel. Awesome stuff.
