Our flagship brand made of local barley malt & wheat. Last year’s crop of Cascade hops are added to the boil copper for bitterness and fresh hops, again from Conner’s yard are added to the oak barrels for dry-hopping. Bottled 11/13/2017, brewed 9/2017.

Bottle at Saraveza Farmhouse Festival, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out fresh hopping, stone fruits and oaky tartness. Flavour is along the same lines, with oak barrels, stone fruits, medium tartness and some fresh hopping. Wonderfully integrated - the fresh hopping is done very well. Excellent.
