Sour and tart, fruity, dry. Citrus and wood, smooth, medium acidity. A bit rustic but also some fairly light fruity hoppiness, very nice.

Cork-top bottle, 0.75l, 3 years old, shared with M&L. Aroma of barnyard, wine, honey, caramel, wood and ripe fruit. Pours murky orange brown color with thin creamy off-white head and nice lacing. Taste starts medium sweet biscuity, honey-like and stone fruity, following is tart vinous, citrusy, woody and funky with smooth mouthfeel. Medium to full body, creamy texture and average carbonation in palate. Flawless gem...

(Bottle, 0.75 l, at Pien, a sample, 20190411) The beer poured deep amber and rather cloudy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, tartness and sweetness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, pine, sourness, sweetness, tartness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was sweet, tart and bitter. A pleasant hoppy and tart brew.

Bottle pour at Ale Apothecary, Bend. What an interesting brew this is. Honestly didn't expect a fresh hop brew at this stop of the ale trail, but I'm totally on board. Golden pour, active fiz, oily head and lacing. Really heavy oak aroma. Heavy tart front, apricot like sourness. Hops really stands out in this. Lingering sour fruit. Touch of melon. Earthy grain. Very unique. Awesome.
