[1/26/17] Draught at Cooperage Brewing in Santa Rosa. Black with a tan head. Aroma of roast, coffee. Flavor is quite dry, roasty, with some coffee. Medium-bodied. Good.

On tap at the brewery. Pours black with small beige head leaving sticky lacing. The aroma is strong roasted malt, cracker, cocoa. Medium body, similar flavors to nose, nice dry finish, very good.
