Poured up at Ratebeer Best 2017 Beer Fest where it exhibits a nice clear deep gold body that has a kind of glow to it and supports a thin white head of foam. The aroma offers up fresh tangelo and a bit of tangerine, some pineapple and then a mild hop grassiness into the end of the draw. The taste delivers a sliver of pine and then kind of bitter grapefruit and then pineapple. To midway it gets a bit juicier with cantaloupe and a little papaya tropical fruitiness. This creates a really nice balance of bitter hops and juicy hop flavor. It ends dry and only beckons more and more sips. This leaves behind a nice tropical fruitiness that lingers and lingers.
