Can. Amber beer with a cream head. Earth and yeast aroma with light p[one. Grapefruit and spice flavor with yeast. Medium bodied. Grapefruit and spice linger with yeast and light pine.

Draught at the Palace of Barrels, small creamy headHazy lemon yellow color, aroma of waffle and yeast, flavor of mandarine and orange blossom, light citrus bitterness, quite light citrus sourness. Really good, highly enjoyable.

Hazy, light tan. Thin head. Big fresh dank mosaic nose, but with a lot of pale malt sweetness. Bitter, sweet pale malts, just a touch of estery character. I like this one.

[1/26/17] Draught at HenHouse Brewing in Santa Rosa. Hazy golden. Yeasty, spicy, earthy, some fruity hops. Rather dry, nice bitter fruity hops finish. Medium-bodied.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy orange with small white head that lasts. The aroma is grass, yeast, spice. Medium body, bubblegum, yeast, grass, bitter finish, good.

Tap at Final Gravity in Rosevlle, CA. Pours gold with a white head. Aroma seems spicy, and perhaps also earthy. Med body. Flavor is earthy/malty/spicy. Pretty much of a Saison. Tho the flavor might also fit Bier de Garde. There’s an interesting interaction of earth and spice. Flavor is fairly strong. Good flavorful Saison.
