Our gose, inspired by the European brewers in Goslar, Germany, is tart and hazy and crafted with a whisper of coriander and dose of sea salt, for a balanced salinity on the finish. At the end of fermentation, we matured it on 500 pounds of Oregon strawberries for a light kiss of spring.

Bottle thanks to Sherrice. Pours a hazy pink with small white head that lasts. The aroma is strawberry seed, sea salt, wheat. Thin body, tart strawberry, wheat, strong salt, very good.

Sample at The Bier Stein. This beer is a hazy pale orange color with a thin white head that evaporates quickly to a sparse outer ring. Spotty lacing. Aroma of berries, yeast and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of tart strawberry, yeast, doughy malt and subtle salt. The finish is fruity and mildly tart with a strawberry aftertaste. Decent overall.

On tap at The Loyal Legion, pours a cloudy amber orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out loads of strawberries, with no salt and a citrus tartness. Flavour brings out lots of strawberry fruitiness upfront. Barely any salt, with a lightly tart finish. Very nice.
