On tap at DRBT. Pours a clear copper with small beige head that lasts. The aroma is roast coffee, yeast, dark fruit. Medium body, strong roast, spice, wood, boozy finish, very good.

On tap at PNP Morgantown. Clear Amber with small off-white head. Aroma is coffe, medium body, low carbonation, and pretty good lacing. Taste is caramel, coffee, and some alcohol.

Sample at Denver Rare Beer Tasting VII on 09/25/2015. Amber-orange color with a medium off-white head that recedes steadily. Short strings of lacing. Aroma of yeast, dark fruit and coffee. Medium body with flavors of dark fruit, earthy yeast, coffee and malt. The finish is fruity with a mild coffee aftertaste. Above average overall.
