On tap at DRBT. Pours a dark brown with small beige head. The aroma is leather, wood, cherry pith. Medium body, dark fruit, tobacco, leather, boozy finish, very good.

Sample at Denver Rare Beer Tasting VII on 09/25/2015 (as "2012 Oak Aged Cherry Biere de Noel"). Dark reddish-brown color with a medium light beige head that recedes steadily. Short strings of lacing. Aroma of cherries, oak and yeast. Full-bodied with flavors of oaky bourbon, cherries and earthy yeast. The finish is fruity with a yeast and cherry aftertaste. Pretty good overall.
