Bottled@Monks Café Wallingatan, Stockholm. Golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is caramel malts, some alcohol as well as fruits, nectar and some slight bready notes. Flavour is much the same in a good balance. Nice alcoholic and fruity aftertaste. Gets smoother in flavour once the yeast is poured in.

Very good, dense, fine, bit fluffy head, yellowish, over clear golden beer; lacerings. White candi sugar, greenery, greenmalt, very young-smelling. Sweeter than expected, despite a dry finish. Faintly peppery-spicy, sweetness more background; malty sweetness or strangly - fresh sugarcane. Visually quite carbonated, but I would have expected some more attenuation. On the good side, dangerously drinkable. Might be better with some more ripening, sample seems very young.
