Our now-perennial all Citra double rye IPA is BURSTING with mushy peaches and apricot, citrus oil, and orange creamsicle. We switched up the base from continental Pilsner malt to Northwestern 2-row, and played around with the hopping rates and methods. Double dry hopped with Citra and an absurd amount of Citra hash.

Can at source: pours gold with white head. Aroma is spice, citrus, some resin. Taste is spicy and somewhat bitter. Plenty of fruit as well. Good.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a cloudy yellow orange with medium creamy white head that lasts. The aroma is grapefruit pith, melon, dank, pine. Medium body, juicy hop, dank, grapefruit, earth, pine, nice bitterness, very good.
