Bottle courtesy of DClawyer, thanks! Clear reddish amber color. Dusty, peppery raspberry aroma. Taste is softly sour berries and black pepper. Very tasty.

22oz bottle pours a murky, deep amber with some clumpy white head. Nose has plenty of berry, raspberry sure, but also some cherry too, lots of neutral oak, wood pulp, vegetal, plenty of apple cider vinegar. Flavor is tart in the corners of your mouth, plenty of acid, vitamin C tablets, unripened berry, wood, funk. Full bodied, tart, acidic finish.

Draft at Proletariat. Pots a reddish-purple color with a ring of beige head on the glass. Tart and sour raspberries are the main component of both the aroma and flavor and work quite well. It has a fairly clean feel, average carbonation, and a slightly puckering finish. Quite nice.

Pours slightly haze ruby-tinged orange into a tumbler. Tan head with good retention recedes to skim surface. Raspberry, seed and oak aromas. Sharp with dry lactic raspberry front to back and into the lasting finish.
