Bottle, thanks for sharing! Pours a slightly hazy straw yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a light tart fruits with a bit of straw and wheat underlying. Flavor has light lemon with sweet wheat and a hint of earthy grains backing.

Bottle from Batch: pours light orange with a quickly dissipating head. Aroma is limey and lightly lactic. I did not get much ramen, but it is still a solid sour.

Sample at GABF 10/07/2017, thanks to my bro for assistance with note-taking. Slightly hazy yellow color with a thin white head that evaporates quickly. Spotty lace. Tart citrus, wheat and malt aroma. Light-bodied with flavors of salty lemon, wheat, yeast and doughy malt. The finish is tart with a lemony aftertaste. Decent overall.

On tap at Hughies. Pours a hazy yellow with small white head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is strong salt, ginger, citrus, wheat. Thin body, ginger, strong salt, tart finish, very good.
