From tap at Flounder Inn, Waldport. Malt-forward IPA with bready toasted malt, caramel, resinous and a bit earthy hops, spruce, touch of marmalade and berries. Flavour is moderate sweet with an above medium bitter finish. Body is medium. Drinkable, malty and resinous with marmalade. Has a curious hop profile of which I’m not the world’s biggest fan.

On tap at GABF 16’. Pours a hazy orange with medium off white head that lasts. The aroma is floral, pine, and citrus. Medium body, oily hop, pine, light resin bitterness, very good.
