Bottle sample at Sap House, pours a clear pale copper golden. Aroma brings out floral notes, lots of tart red berries and alcohol. Flavour is along the same lines, with liqueur barrels, sweet raspberries, and alcohol. Barrel-heavy and sweet. Very good.

Bottle thanks to Grant. Pours golden with no head. The aroma is floral, honey, booze, oak. Thin body, similar flavors to nose, dry finish, good.
