Bottle sample at Sap House, pours a clear dull peach. Aroma brings out lots of red wine barrel accentuating the medium sweet wildflower honey. Flavour is quite dried out and earthy in a strange way, with a herbal honey character underneath. Boozy and abrasive. This isn't quite working for me.

Bottle thanks to Grant. Pours gold with no head. The aroma is honey, tootsie rolls, floral. Thin body, boozy, honey, citrus, caramel, good.
