Super Kvass brewed with 60 pounds of house made rye caraway bread, Pilsner malt and 6 row barley. Gently hopped with Saaz and Lemondrop. Fermented with a sourdough culture that our Baker, Jean-Luc, wrangled and our Magickal saison yeast.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a cloudy yellow orange with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is yeast, spice, bread, floral. Medium body, juicy, citrus, grass, light dry finish, very good.
