Bottle from the source. Lightly hazy golden color. Sweet honey and warming alcohol on the nose Flavor is about the same. Blueberry honey and the brandy barrel this was aged in are faint and there is sweet honey light oxidation and warming alcohol. Decent sipper

Bottle sample at Sap House, pours a clear blonde. Aroma is very boozy, with lots of hot brandy barrels, medium sweetness, and some fusel alcohols. Flavour is more soothing, with lots of brandy barrels, treacle and medium sweet honey. Decadent and well-balanced. Very good.

Bottle thanks to Grant. Pours light golden with no head. The aroma is strong honey, oak, licorice. Thin body, licorice, berry, honey, oak, boozy finish, very good.
