Pint at Tributary. Pours dark brown, with a thin, fleeting, off-white head. The aroma is brown bread, molasses, peat, honey, pear, walnut, and biscuit. Sweet and bready, with a light, hard bitterness. Heavy, sticky, and biting. Lovely, aggressive, and complex.

On tap at Gabf. Pours a clear gold with small white head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is honey, booze, citrus. Slick body, honey, light fruit, nice sweetness, boozy finish, very good.

Taster at the brewery as "Mo Honey Mo Problems" - clear gold - nice balance of sweet honey and pear, along with balancing spiciness and a white grape-like tartness - alcohol is a little strong, making it a little heavy despite a delicate beginning - ends with Apple skin, pear, white grape.

Sample at Collaboration Fest on 03/19/2016. Clear bright yellow-gold color with a minimal head and decent legs on the glass. Aroma of honey, pear and citrus. Full-bodied with a semi-sweet pear character with some herbal honey and sweet maple in the background. The finish is fruity with a pear aftertaste. Pretty good overall.
