Well, from a can its not purple, dull surprise. Slight smell flowers, just barely. Pale yellow slight haze. Taste is so weird, that lavender in there makes it quite rude. Really, kind of a bitter veggie effect in there. Hard to stomach. Pretty bad, not what was expected. I think I've tasted other lavender beers but this is ridiculous. Yea I just checked and I see I've had much better lavender brews from beaver brewing in beaver falls and one from north country, much better. Sharp big biting not pils impact. Nasty finish. Worse than many poorly made IPA.

On tap at GABF, pours a clear gold with medium frothy white head. The aroma is grass and lemon zest. Medium body, grass, earth, light finish, good.
