It was fun working with our friends from Cerebral Brewing in Denver to come up with this massively dry hopped Unfiltered Lager, with a base containing Colorado-grown malt. Packed with the coconut-like flavors from Cashmere hops, plus the tropical fruit and berry aromas from new varietal Ariana, this brew is a sensory delight. On tap at the brewery. Pours a cloudy yellow with medium creamy white head that lasts. The aroma is tropical fruit and pine. Medium body, juicy, pineapple, mango, melon, grass, light bitterness, very nice.
