This creation from our brewmaster is based on a 100-year-old recipe of Ottakringer and for sure will make hearts of beer lovers beat faster. This historic beer composition made from Viennese malt, melanoidin malt and the finest Saaz hops captivates with its striking, amber reflections. The Wiener Original has a fine nutty note, and a flavour that transcends into an elegant malt aroma. The Wiener Original leaves a distinct yet gently bitter after-taste.

On tap at Vienna Airport Pours clear amber with thin off-white head. Aroma is sweet malty. Tastes sweetish, notes of caramel and roasted malts. Fine let's say.

BB 03/2019. amber clear color, small off white head. smells peppery, spices, ripe fruits, marzipan, earthy, tobacco, some rotten fruits. average smell. medium body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tates earthy, citric, grassy, spices, tobacco, some caramel. finishes lightly bitter with notes of caramel, earthy and some citric notes. okish, quite drinkable overall.

Can from the Kalea German beer advent calendar. Hazy gold lasting white head. Cereal aroma. It's a cerealy lemony lager. Not the best but kinda ok. No off or bad flavours. But not very interesting to be honest. But it's fine.

0.5 l can brought by Toto and shared among others in Pivoteka Tasting Table. Thanks! Clear dark golden, creamy off-white head. Malts, cardboard, caramel. Corn. Metallic, messy, sweet. Light to medium body. Moderate carbonation, light finish. Bad one.

Oranjegeel bier met schuim. Smaak is licht zoetzuur en licht bitter met iets van karamel en noten. Heeft helaas niet echt een uitgesproken smaak het blijft vrij vlak.
