Bottle: Poured a blonde color ale with a large white foamy head with more retention and lacing then your typical Cascade beer. Aroma of tart notes with some oak and cherry notes with light hibiscus notes also perceptible. Taste is a mix of tart notes with some oak and light vinous notes with some rose and hibiscus notes also perceptible. Body is about average with good carbonation. Refreshing and enjoyable with good level of complexity and acidity level is better balance then most beers coming out of this brewery.
