Pint can from Granzellas. Hazy yellow pour with a big white head. Nose is lightly sweet, citrus and tropicals. Flavor is not overly sweet, which is a good thing. Light citrus sweetness and mild bitters. The wheat component is different than mainstream; not sure that is a compliment in this case.

16oz can in Benicia. Pours cloudy yellow with a small off-white head, light lacing. Fruity, grassy, citrus. Good, it was sweet but not sweet!

Hazed bright golden pour with a medium thin white head that burns away steadily to a film. Spotty lace. Tropical fruit, hops and malt in the nose. Medium body with flavors of citrusy hops, pineapple and malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a fruity hop aftertaste. Above average overall.

From can to pint glass. Very restrained aroma lacking the chock-full advertising. Moderately hazed yellow-orange with moderate, creamy white head of small bubbles that retains nicely. More of the fruit shows in the flavor, yet still a bit hidden.

Tap at Flaming Grill in West Sacramento, CA. Pours hazy gold with a near white head. Aroma of lots of juicy hop with a wheat note. Med body or better. Flavor is sort of juicy citrus/pine with a clear wheat under layer. Barley would be better. Still, it’s juicy, flavorful and bitter. It’ll do.

Can thanks to Chow. Pours a cloudy orange with small white head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is pineapple, mango, melon, grass. Medium body, tropical fruit, light pine, resin finish, very good.
