Hefeweizen is the original Murky beer, and we did this one as a tribute to the style. Clean and crisp, with light banana and clove notes, plus a hint of lemon on the nose. The malt backbone is a combination of malted wheat and organic German Pilsner malts. Medium body, high carbonation, and a moderately dry finish make this brew extremely drinkable.

On tap at Eureka. Pours a hazy gold with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is wheat, clove, banana. Medium body, light wheat, clove, lingering dry finish, good.
