From tap at House of Blues, New Orleans. Crisp grainy malt aroma with straw and soft grassy noble hops. Flavour is light sweet and light to moderate bitter. Body is medium. An on-point Lager.

It's got a little too much ... production taste. It's overdone. But still, it's going to be an excellent stepping stone for that brewery.

On tap at Port Orleans, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma is subtle, with herbal spiciness, some grass, and crisp crackery malt. Flavour is crisp, with herbaceous notes, spicy grassiness, and crisp crackery namely. Clean, crisp and bright. Nicely done.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy gold with small white head. The aroma is wheat and citrus. Slick body, orange zest, wheat, crisp finish, good.

From tap. Pours cler and golden yellow. Small white head. Aroma is gra8ny, slight grassy. Bitter, grassy. Straw. Grainy. Dry and grassy to straw finish.
