Bottle thanks to Chow. Pours orange gold with small white head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is strong oak, apple, pear. Slick body, pear, lemon, apple, light dry finsh, very good.

On tap at St. Augustine’s. Pours a clear pale yellow with no head. Aroma is sweet, some apple notes, somewhat artificial. Same character taste with noticeable yeasts notes. Meh.

On cask at The Bitter Tasting Room, pours a hazy gold-tinted yellow with almost no head. Aroma of dry hops, a little funk, and dry apple. Flavour is similar, bringing out loads of dry hops, some funk and puckering dryness. Very high drinkability with the dryness and funkiness. Great stuff.
