Sampled from the tap at GTMW 2022. Pours a hazy light purple with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has tart plum with a bit of yogurt and sweet grains supporting. Flavor has sour plum and a yogurty funk with a bit of sweet grains in the finish.

Poured at Shelton Festival, cloudy yellow with small white head. The aroma is plum skin, yeast, and oak. Medium body, tart plum, yeast, very light, clean finish, good.
