Bottled. Barnyard and by that I mean actually real manure. I appreciate a good yeasty funk but this was a dirty diaper. With apples!

111417. Kinda like a champagne dry apple cider thing. Nose of dry apples (the green ones?). Dry mouthfeel and back. Fuzzy and bubbley. High abv and crisp

Bottle thanks to Chow. Pours a hazy yellow with small white head that lasts. The aroma is stong funk, oak, apple skin. Thin body, apple, pear, oak, funk, nice tartness, very nice.
