Draft at Astros game. Called a bock is it not? Chestnut colored fairly clear. Nose is malt and bread. Tastes of malt, caramel, plum, chestnuts. Hing of booze. Slick palate and watery.

Canned, 355 ml at Willie Nelson's Ranch. Malty, sweet, butter, caramel, barely drinkable. Incredibly hard to drink.

12 oz. can purchased at Total Wine in Denton, TX. Pours a clear bronze color with a khaki head and great retention. Decent lacing. Faint caramel aroma. Light, sweet caramel malt flavor. Light body, light carbonation, thin mouthfeel. Super simple profile and super refreshing. Very repeatable.

A pint draft taken at Cactus Cove in the Timbergrove area of Houston. It comes dark brown with a steady head of eggshell brown foam. The nose is malt and full grain bread. And the taste gives light caramel, malt, water and a bit of astringency. Not bad, not great.

20 oz draft at Papasitos in the Houston Hobby airport. The pour is clear copper, brown golden with a small light tan head that leaves behind thick lace. The aroma is honey caramel malt and a bit of floral hop. The taste is clean malt caramel with a hint of bread and the floral, dry in the finish. The palate is light bodied with soft natural carbonation and the crisp dry finish. Nice Amber Bock.

On tap at the brewery. Pours amber with medium spotty off white head that lasts. The aroma is toasted malt and raisin. Slick body, raisin, wet biscuit, light finish, very good.
