The Chimay Triple, which is the brewery’s most recent creation, is labelled “Cinq Cents” in 75 cl bottles. It was introduced in 1986 on the occasion of five hundred years of the principality of Chimay. It is the youngest of the Chimay beers.

Pours a hazy golden with a substantial white head. Aroma of malts, some fruits, herbs and especially hops. Medium carbonation, just about right. Moderately bitter aftertaste. This is a tasty tripel, should definitely drink again.

Запах на удивление очень хлебный. Пиво имеет пышную пену с крупными пузырями. Имеет легкий привкус цитруса и очень сильный вкус горячи на языке после глотка. Он буквально вяжет язык.Очень своеобразное пиво. И да, это пиво несмотря на 8 градусов очень питкое и алкоголь вообще не чувствуется.

Bottle 0,33ltr: Hazy orange coloured with an fruity/orange sharp taste, and a quite good bitter aftertaste. Just one great tripels in the world.
