Saturday Night Lights started with an Imperial Stout brewed with bourbon barrel-aged Vermont maple syrup and marshmallows added to the kettle. From there, this full-bodied, indulgent beer was then conditioned on toasted graham crackers, cacao and vanilla beans. Saturday Night Lights is best enjoyed by the bonfire with a s'mores in hand.

500 ml bottle from brewery. 2021 vintage. Roasted malt nose hints at cocoa, graham cracker, vanilla and cocoa. Flavor is sweet roasted malt, vanilla, maple syrup, cocoa and warming alcohol. Complex and excessively sweet. Sticky mouthfeel. Long, complex finish.

500 ml bottle from Kane, 11/14/20. Dark brown, small, light brown head. Very sweet with the barrel aged maple coming through quite strongly over some sweet vanilla / chocolate. Really nice, very sweet, but not cloying. Enjoyed this quite a bit.
